Giannis Vagenas
Giannis Vagenas is a distinguished business executive and the visionary mind behind 3BC. With nearly three decades of experience across hotels, restaurants, wholesale, imports, and distribution, he has developed a strong reputation for driving growth and innovation in hospitality. Since September 2024, he is occupied as Commercial Director of a historic Greek winery, further broadening his impact on the industry.
His academic background in hospitality management, business administration, human resources, and WSET (Diploma, ongoing studies) reflects his diverse expertise. Renowned for his team-building abilities and discreet leadership style, Giannis ensures smooth operations, sustainable results, and added value in every project he undertakes.
George Zervogiannis
George Zervogiannis is an accomplished hospitality professional with more than a decade of experience in the industry. A graduate of the University of Patras in Tourism Business Administration, he also holds the prestigious A.S.I. Diploma, is a certified Advanced Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a graduate of the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course by Genius in Gastronomy.
Recognized as Best Sommelier in Greece 2024, George currently serves as Head of Wine for Scorpios Group, where he continues to shape world-class wine programs with expertise and passion.
Tilemachos Papandreas
Tilemachos Papandreas is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business, specializing in Business Economics and Finance. His hospitality career began in 2017 as Head Sommelier at Aleria restaurant, before joining the founding team of Delta (2 Michelin Stars, 1 Green Star) in 2021, where he served as Head Sommelier until 2022 and Wine Director from 2023 to 2025.
Today, Tilemachos is Co-owner and Head Sommelier of Osteria Mamma, an acclaimed Italian restaurant. A Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, he also holds WSET Level 3 in Wines and Level 2 in Spirits.
His achievements include representing Greece at the International Young Sommelier Competition (2021) and earning the title of “Best Newcomer Sommelier” at the National Competition for Best Greek Sommelier in 2020.
Xenophon Vagenas
Xenophon Vagenas is a senior executive at one of Greece’s four systemic banks, bringing 18 years of expertise in business financing. As a Senior Relationship Manager, he leads a team of seven professionals overseeing a €330 million portfolio that spans approximately 250 medium-sized enterprises (each with annual revenues exceeding €5 million) across Western Greece.
He holds a degree in Organization and Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a postgraduate qualification in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling. His career has equipped him with extensive experience and a strong skill set in:
- Designing, monitoring, and implementing corporate investment programs.
- Solving complex business challenges within the financial sector.
- Achieving demanding targets under pressure while fostering lasting client and partner relationships.
